Description:
The Act would lay down provisions on the sustainability criteria of biofuels and bioliquids and procedures to be complied with in verifying compliance with sustainability criteria in accordance with Articles 17–19 of the RED directive. The Act would apply to biofuels and bioliquids in accordance with the provisions laid down in the Act on the Promotion of the Use of Biofuels for Transport and the Act on Excise Duty on Liquid Fuels and as otherwise provided by law.
