Description: 
The new REEPWB supports the participating countries to achieve their sustainable energy objectives as set out in their National Energy Efficiency Action Plans. REEPWB is made up of three complementary windows of work: 1. Policy dialogue window - with a total of €6 million for technical assistance to set up the regulatory frameworks and overcome market barriers 2. Credit line facility window (WeBSEFF II) - which consists of a €75 million credit line framework (for local financial institutions) 3. Direct financing facility window (WebSEDFF) - with total of €50 million allocated for investments in both medium-scale renewable energy and energy efficiency improvements in industrial enterprises, providing CO2-based investment incentives
