Description: 
Defines the procedure, criteria and fees relevant for receiving the usage right to establish perennial plantation on state owned forest land without tree cover or on forest land with degraded form of forests (maquia, garigue, shrub etc.). The relevant ministry and Croatian Forest Ltd. create a list of forests and forest land at which the servitude right for growing perennial plantation can be established. Perennial plantations refer to vineyards, orchards and olive trees. The servitude right can go up to 50 years.
