Description: 
The Ordinance regulates waste oil management, including waste edible oils and waste lubricant oils. It defines fees for waste oil collection. Material recovery has a priority in comparison to other recovery procedures. When waste oils are not materially recovered but instead processed thermally, related energy facilities of ≥ 3 MW need to follow the emission rules set in other legislation acts. Waste edible oil is every oil produced in catering and tourism, industry, craft, health work, public administration or and other similar activity in which more than 20 meals per day are prepared.
