Description: 
Defines relevant conditions for thermal treatment of waste for energy production (incineration and cofiring), measures for the protection of air, soil and water and also management of residues in waste thermal treatment plants. Waste types encompassed by energy recovery within Waste Act, are excluded from this Ordinance. The Ordinance also defines water emission limit values for certain pollutants such as heavy metals, dioxins and furans etc. With the entry into force of the Ordinance on the amendments to the Ordinance on the limitation of waste water emissions (OG 43/14), the provisions of Article 18, paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and 5, and Article 19 of these Regulations cease to be valid.
