Credit incentives for sowing crops intended for ethanol and biodiesel production, through the Secure Agricultural Income Programme (Programa Agro Ingreso Seguro); and the Incentive for Rural Capitalization (Incentivo a la Capitalizacion Rural), aimed at promoting the establishment and replanting of different plantations through the development of infrastructure for the processing of biomass.
