Decree 90932-2013 (MME): Establishes the ethanol blend percentage (for some wholesales plants). In November 2013, the mandatory blending was set at 8 percent (E8) in all departments of Colombia but three, where no blending mandate was in place. Based on Resolution No. 90932/2013, in December 2013 the mandate was increased to 10 percent in the Central, Southern and South-western zones of the country (FedeBiocombustibles, 2013).
