Tax Free Trade Zones aimed at stimulating major agro-industrial projects. The Free Trade Zones are defined geographical area enclosed within the National Customs Territory, where industrial activities of goods and services, or commercial activities take place under special regulations on taxation, customs and foreign trade. The Free Trade Zones are intended to be an instrument for job creation, to attract new capital investment, be development center that promotes competitiveness in the regions where establish, develop highly productive and competitive industrial processes under the concepts of security, transparency, technology, clean production and good business practices, promote the generation of economies of scale and simplify the procedures for trade in goods and services, to facilitate their sale.
